Do your area candidates support access to reproductive health care?
Call their campaign office or ask a question publicly at a candidate appearance in your area.

Do you support requiring pharmacies to fill women’s birth control prescriptions? (the new Prescription Protection law requires pharmacies to dispense birth control without harassment or delay).

Do you support the new Healthy Youth Act and will you ensure it’s implementation if elected? (this law requires sex education taught in Wisconsin public schools to be medically accurate, age-appropriate and comprehensive).

Do you support the Compassionate Care for Rape Victims law and will you ensure its compliance if elected? (this law requires Wisconsin emergency rooms to give rape victims access to emergency contraception to prevent pregnancy after an assault).

Do you think insurance companies should be able to refuse to cover birth control? (the new Contraceptive Equity law requires insurance plans that cover prescription drugs to also cover prescription contraceptives).

Do you support or oppose Wisconsin's criminal abortion law? Should doctors who perform and women who have an abortion go to prison if abortion is illegal?

Do you support funding for the BadgerCare Family Planning program that provide preventive health care like annual exams, breast cancer screenings and birth control? (also known as the Family Planning Waiver)

Do you support the provision in the new Health Care Reform law that prohibits insurance companies from charging women more for health insurance?
